Phone Notes:

All calls are answered by our automated computer system and every effort is made to return your calls in a timely manner.  Please leave a detailed message describing your request.

Our automated system also provides many helpful hints and suggestions.  It also provides descriptions and pricing for our current specials as well as details regarding repair and cost.

Please return to this page in the near future for more information.  We will be posting a map of our automated phone system.  This will make it easier for you to leave a quick message or to find the answer you’re looking for.  We even hope to add personal voice-mail boxes so our customers can easily check on the status of their pending projects.

Cell Phone Notes:

Our system owners may call our cell phone at their discretion, although we encourage contact by e-Mail whenever possible for the sake of convenience.  Cleone will answer whenever Harry is on duty at the Mississippi Belle II.  Harry will not accept calls to the Belle regarding AIM business.

E-mail Notes:

Many of our customers have questions or issues that don’t merit a full-fledged service or support call.  Normally, e-mail is the fastest way for you receive answers since our staff makes every effort to return all messages daily – often quicker.  It’s also the cheapest since AIM Computers provides this form of support at no charge.  (This is for our local marketplace.  We do not respond to e-mail from around the world.)

In an ideal world, we would always respond to your messages within a couple hours.  Sometimes we find – as I’m sure you do too – that there isn’t enough time in the day.  If you haven’t received a reply within a couple business days, please contact us again.  We may have inadvertantly overlooked it.  Our primary e-mail accounts are published on the web and we receive a high volume of spam (junk).
